I took some before and afters - which are always hard to post because a part of me is still ashamed of who I was. But then I think about where I am at and how I am look and feeling now and I know that is worth celebrating!

At 10 weeks into my Isa journey I am truly a transformed person (and the best bit it that I have only just begun!)
