My 2016 resolutions are:
- to drink more water each day.
- to have more 'me' time without technology, where I reflect, read, listen to music, meditate and destress.
- to complete my first Isabody Challenge and possibly do a back-to-back.
- to share my Isa story and the amazing Isagenix products with more people.
- to do more random acts of kindness (giving gifts to people, paying it forward at a cafe, leaving a note of a colleagues desk).
- to wear more colour.
and last but not lease...
- to focus on my positives more than my negatives...Because I AM WORTH IT!!
Lisa O'Neill talks about doing things that will inflate you on her blog post and I like the idea of this! We spend so much time trying to fulfil resolutions which we don't achieve or are fixing a negative rather than ones which emphasise a positive.
